Returns & Refunds Policy

Return window

You may request a return within 30 days of the date you receive your order. This policy applies to orders shipped to addresses within the United States, the only country where Abyssandfin sells and ships.

Return conditions

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unused, unworn and unwashed
• In their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached

We may ask for proof of purchase, such as your order number or confirmation email.

Approval is required

Every return must be approved by our support team before you send it back. Items sent back without prior approval may be refused.

How to start a return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you would like to return.
2. Our team reviews your request and replies within 1–2 business days.
3. Once approved, you receive return instructions and a free prepaid return label.
4. Pack the items securely and send them back using the label.
5. We inspect the returned items when they arrive.
6. We issue your refund.

Return shipping

Returns are free. After approval, we email you a prepaid return label, so you do not pay for return shipping. Please keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we process your refund within 2–5 business days to your original payment method. Your bank, card issuer or PayPal may need additional time before the credit appears. Original shipping charges are not refunded, unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of receiving it with your order number, a short description and clear photos. We will offer a replacement, a refund or another appropriate solution at no cost to you. If your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or style, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Items that cannot be returned

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Gift cards and digital products
• Personal care or hygiene products
• Final sale or clearance items (if any)
• Perishable goods

Canceling an order

If you would rather cancel than return, email us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they enter processing or shipment, and approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method. See our Shipping Policy for details.
