Accepted payment methods

PayPal is our only payment provider. At checkout you can pay with:

• Your PayPal balance
• A bank account linked to your PayPal account
• A Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit or debit card through PayPal guest checkout, without creating a PayPal account

Currency, taxes and shipping

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Any applicable sales tax and your shipping cost are calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Shipping rates and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Payment security

Our site is served over an encrypted SSL connection, and payments are completed on PayPal's secure checkout. Abyssandfin does not store your full card details.

When your order is processed

We begin processing your order only after your payment has been confirmed. Some payments may be held for verification by PayPal or by us before the order moves forward.

Fraud prevention

To protect our customers, we may cancel, hold or decline orders that appear fraudulent, and we may ask for additional information to verify an order before it ships.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Timing and conditions are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

If your payment does not go through

• Double-check your billing details, card number, expiration date and security code.
• Make sure your payment method has sufficient funds and is enabled for online purchases.
• Contact your bank or card issuer, as they sometimes block online transactions for security reasons.
• Still stuck? Email us at [email protected] and we will help.
